I've visited Boss in Orlando and will say they're very helpful. Who knows maybe he finetunes them or adds something else. The Rabbit laser QX is the same thing Boss is selling, just higher price tag. You'll get a great laser and top notch support. I looked at their 24x36 and their costs came out way higher than what I paid for my Rabbit Laser, and it comes from Ohio. They seemed like a good bet initially, but they haven't been able to make a good enough impression yet to get me to pull the trigger. I am beginning to think this is a bad sign: perhaps they are either too small to make this happen i. I have tried callign them multiple times during the business hours listed on their website and all I get is an automated answering service that says I called outside their normal business hours. Their first reference candidate declined, they then said they had two other candidates that were possibilities and neither one of them seems to be panning out either.
